Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and USPS Ground Advantage rates.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (before taxes & discounts) within the U.S.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kraus Crafted is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

If a package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, please check with your local post office or contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Kraus Crafted is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Delays: Kraus Crafted is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Kraus Crafted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please contact USPS for assistance.
4. Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
5. Product Use & Liability
Ingredient Transparency: We disclose all ingredients used in our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for allergies or sensitivities before purchase.
Skin Reactions & Allergies: Kraus Crafted is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse skin effects. Always do a patch test before full use.
Proper Use: Our products are for external use only. Misuse of any product is at the customer’s own risk.
